Terms & Conditions – the basics
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the EuroRun website and your interactions with EuroRun. By accessing this website, submitting an enquiry or registering your interest in one of our tours, you agree to these terms.
Please read them carefully before using the website or submitting information to us.
About EuroRun
EuroRun organises curated European driving tours and related automotive experiences.
Information provided on this website is intended to give an overview of EuroRun, our upcoming tours, previous events, sponsorship opportunities and associated services.
Website information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information displayed on the EuroRun website is accurate and up to date.
However, routes, destinations, hotels, timings, activities, partners, prices and other details may change. Information displayed on the website should therefore not be considered a guarantee that every element of a proposed itinerary will remain unchanged.
Enquiries & registration
Submitting an enquiry or registration form does not automatically guarantee or reserve a place on a EuroRun tour.
Places are subject to availability and will only be confirmed once the applicable booking process has been completed and any required deposit or payment has been received.
Pricing & payments
Prices displayed on the website are based on the entry options stated and may be subject to specific booking conditions.
Any required deposit, payment schedule and final balance will be communicated as part of the booking process.
Unless otherwise stated, additional personal expenses, fuel, tolls, insurance and other costs not specifically listed as included remain the responsibility of the participant.
Cancellations & refunds
Cancellation, refund and payment conditions applicable to a particular EuroRun will be provided as part of the booking process.
Participants should review these conditions carefully before confirming their place, as deposits or other payments may be non-refundable depending on the circumstances and timing of cancellation.
Tour itineraries
EuroRun routes and itineraries are carefully planned, but driving tours are naturally subject to circumstances outside our control.
Routes, roads, hotels, activities and timings may need to change due to weather, road closures, traffic conditions, local restrictions, hotel availability, safety considerations or other unforeseen circumstances.
EuroRun reserves the right to make reasonable changes where necessary.
Driving & participant responsibility
Participants are responsible for ensuring that they and their vehicle are legally permitted, appropriately insured and suitably prepared to travel through all countries included within the tour.
Drivers are responsible for complying with local road traffic laws, speed limits and regulations at all times.
EuroRun does not encourage or condone dangerous, competitive or unlawful driving. EuroRun is a driving tour and not a race or timed competition.
Vehicles
Participants are responsible for the roadworthiness, maintenance, insurance and security of their own vehicle throughout the tour.
Any breakdown, repair, recovery or other vehicle-related cost remains the participant's responsibility unless specifically stated otherwise within their EuroRun package.
Travel documentation & insurance
Participants are responsible for ensuring they hold all necessary passports, visas, driving licences, vehicle documentation, breakdown cover and insurance required for the countries visited.
We strongly recommend appropriate personal travel insurance for the duration of the tour.
Hotels & third-party services
EuroRun works with hotels, restaurants, transport providers and other independent third-party suppliers.
While these suppliers are carefully selected, their services may be subject to their own terms, conditions and policies.
EuroRun cannot accept responsibility for matters outside our reasonable control arising directly from services provided independently by third parties.
Photography & media
Photography and video content may be captured during EuroRun tours and events for promotional, editorial and social media purposes.
Where appropriate, participants will be informed of this as part of the booking or event process.
Please contact the EuroRun team if you have any concerns regarding your appearance in photography or video.
Sponsorship & partnerships
Submitting a sponsorship or partnership enquiry does not create a commercial agreement between EuroRun and the enquiring organisation.
All partnerships are subject to separate discussion, agreement and confirmation between the relevant parties.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the EuroRun name, branding, website design, written content, photography, graphics, films and other original material displayed on this website are owned by or licensed to EuroRun.
Content may not be reproduced, distributed or used commercially without prior permission.
Website availability
We aim to keep the EuroRun website available and operating correctly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
We may update, modify or temporarily remove parts of the website without notice where necessary.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
To the extent permitted by law, EuroRun will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Any specific limitations relating to participation in a EuroRun tour will be detailed within the applicable booking terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to EuroRun, our website, tours or legal requirements.
The latest version will be published on this page.
Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

Important: I’d keep these as the website T&Cs, rather than using them as the contractual terms someone accepts when paying the £350 deposit. For bookings, EuroRun should have a separate, more detailed Booking Terms & Conditions covering cancellations, deposits, balance deadlines, substitutions, breakdowns, itinerary changes, conduct, insurance and what happens if EuroRun has to cancel/postpone the tour.
